  • Reimbursement Request – complete this form when requesting payment or reimbursement for SAPSA-approved expenses. Submit this signed form and all required attachments (invoices and/or receipts) to the SAPSA Treasurer (Yesenia Anderson). SAPSA mailbox in school office.
  • School Directory – please fill out one google form per child. You only need to complete an online form or paper form, not both.
